Repeated Motion
In this short clip, I was dealing with a series of repeating images to create motion. And i used a similar sound of waves rolling to create a sound of driving. Used a similar sound to sort of fool the viewer into thinking maybe this is a weird sound recording of cars moving. Probably not the best job but it's rough.
NOT CHANGE!
In this short clip, I decided to deal mostly with words to create this idea of denying of what is happening and how change isn't what we always want but it is inevitable and can't be stopped.
Different Stylez
In this short silent clip, I decided to mess with the idea of contrasting moving images. This idea of a calm setting of Lake Michigan and quick moving images with rough textures and distracting imagery. Because i was trying to create an uneasy feeling I should have made the edits quicker but that's why this is just a rough edit... RIGHT?
Drift Strategy: Why I D0 what I D0!
The Blue line in the drift map is part of my sound walk so I walked around in a cross type shape to walk into new territory and explore new sounds and qualities.
The red line is the route I took for my Photo walk. When I was taking pictures I was trying to find Strong words and Images that were meant to lead you somewhere. Strong words such as NO and CAUTION. There is a lot of these because of the worlds control on what we have to do and how we are supposed to behave and go. Leading images to point you in the direction or path you are supposed to take.
